How does easilengths work?

easiLengths is a revolutionary tape in system that adds length in less than 1 hour and volume in under 30 minutes. Application consists of taking sections of your client’s hair and “sandwiching” them between 2 easiLength’s panels.

 

Will it damage my hair?

 NO. easiLengths evenly distributes weight across our 4 inch weft to reduce tension on your hair. 

 

How long will easiLengths last?

 easiLengths is a re-useable system. You will have the 1st initial application and 1 reuse after that.  Each application will last 6-8 weeks. Any additional wear after that will be dependant upon how well you care for your easiLengths.

 

 Can I color my hair when easilengths are in?

 A root touch up can be done however overall color, full or partial highlight; should be done when the extensions are removed for maintenance at 6-8 weeks.

 

Can I color easilengths?

 Depositing on any of our 28 colors is acceptable. Lifting can only be done on 3 select colors - Raw Cocoa, Coffee Cake, and Marzipan. 

 

What type of product should I use?  

 Salon professional Non-hydrating or color friendly shampoos are a must to prevent the extensions from slipping. Conditioner must be applied ONLY mid shaft down. Please see easihair’s approved product listing by manufacturer.

 

What type of tape do you use? 

 We use a medical grade tape on top of a polyurethane base.

 

What type of hair do you use?

 easihair uses Asian hair due to its ability to stand up to processing; which produces a more intact higher quality of hair that allows you to reuse easiLengths.

 

How do I take easiLengths out?

 easiLengths has two specially formulated solvents. Easifix which is used to remove the extension panels and easiremove which is used to get rid of excess residue after the panels are removed.

 

How do I retape easilengths?

After removing easilengths you will need to peel the excess tape off the panel. You will then take your easitape, which is a double sided tape, and apply on the smooth side of your panel and firmly press.

 

How much time should I book out of my schedule?

Until you become an easilengths expert we recommend booking out 1-2 hours for your initial application. After practice and repetition 1 hour. For maintenance at 6-8 weeks you will need to book out up to 3 hours depending upon the color service your client is seeking.
